Guidelines for residents who want to rent their house have been established. The guidelines have been drawn from the deed restrictions related to the rental of homes by residents prescribed in the Mansion Villas Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions and Conditions. The Guidelines are supplemented with a document entitled “Qualifying Rental Occupant Checklist”, which is intended to assist the homeowner in collecting and communicating all information required by the deed restrictions to both the renters and the HOA Board of Directors.
The homeowner is required to e-mail the completed checklist and accompanying documents to [email protected], or provide hard copies to the MVHOA no later than day of occupancy.
