The social area of the clubhouse can be reserved for functions by contacting the head of the social committee. There is a $500 damage deposit required by check (returned uncashed) if there is no damage. There is a $10 supply fee for each use that is payable to the head of the social committee. If the clubhouse is not left as clean or cleaner than when you started preparing for your function, there will be a $75 fee for our cleaning company’s service. This can be placed in the work order folder after confirmation the room is available for your event.
