If you need technical support for your DirecTV satellite service, do not call DirectPath. You must now call DSI at 855-620-8620 and, at the prompt, hit the number for technical support. The DSI representative who answers your call may try to diagnose your problem on-line, but if unable, will then arrange for a DirecTV service technician to visit your home.
