Dues are $275 per month and due on the 1st of the month and are late after the 5th of the month. A late fee of $25.00 will be charged after the 5th of the month. On time means they are received by the HOA at the postal mail box or in the dues box in the Club House. Mailing address for dues is: 15211 Scenic Woodland Dr. Conroe, TX 77384.
All dues are payable to Mansions Villas HOA.
HOA Dues include:
- All maintenance, insurance, taxes, and utilities of the clubhouse.
- Common area and front yard lawn maintenance for the subdivision.
- The perimeter fence of the subdivision.
- Cleaning of the gutters.
- Staining of the front doors.
- Handyman service to change light bulbs, air conditioning filters, and smoke detector batteries that require getting on a ladder.
- Liability insurance for the board and committee members while doing the work of the HOA.
- Maintenance of the gate.
- Maintenance of the street lights and utilities for the street lights.
- Maintenance of the pond.
- Basic television service for each house and the clubhouse (one receiver).
- Dues and special assessments.
- POA dues & assessments of the Mansions Woodland Property Owners Association.
- Reserves for major maintenance and capital improvement.
